"The he room was a little dusty and we could heard hear everything. People were screaming in the hallways all hours of the night and the doors we extremely loud closing. For the price we paid to stay there, we should have been able to get a good sleep. "

"The hotel wallpaper is peeling everywhere, the carport needs to be cleaned. They turn the air off, so if you visit during warmer times, your room will be hot! It took several visits to the guest services to get our air to an acceptable temperature "

"The property was very well maintained. Subway entrance was right outside the doors, and Times Square was less than a 5 minute walk. The only issue was the wait time at the elevators during peak times."
