"Fun property and great food. The check in was on a tablet so you didn’t have to talk to anyone (and it was quick) but I actually found it a bit impersonal for the amount of money you pay to stay there. The food was great though and room was cute. "
"Better than expected experience. Room size adequate for two adults. They have several elevators so you can go up and down from your room with relative ease. Nice bar/lounge area on the lobby floor. Close, but far enough from the hustle and bustle of the tourist filled areas of Times Square. Maybe consider adding more hooks or mini shelves around the room. "
"This is the perfect location! Two blocks from a subway station and walking distance to all of the main sights. It is a quiet location. The staff are very attentive and helpful. Breakfast is a basic European style. "
"Conviently located closish to Times square/U.N. but just far enough away to have some breathing room and a less anxiety inducing experience. The staff held my bags both before and after my stay so I could enjoy all that the area has to offer like the Broadway Flea Market. 10/10 would stay again. Room was clean and comfortable. "After an extremely disappointing experience at the Belvedere Hotel, I walked up the street to Home2 Suites by Hilton, and the difference was night and day. From the moment I stepped inside, I was welcomed with genuine kindness and professionalism.
The team was appalled by the treatment I had just endured and assured me that at Home2 Suites, they always strive to work with guests when there’s any sort of miscommunication. That spirit of true hospitality was evident right away.

"Mycket bra läge för att turista runt i NY under 4 dagar för ett par. Promenadavstånd eller så är tunnelbanan Penn station under madison square garden utanför.
Byte av handdukar och städning varje dag. Av på rummet.
Vi fick rum på vån 3 på framsidan av byggnaden första natten men det lät för mycket så de bytte till vån 22 på baksidan dagen efter och det fungerade mycket bra.
Skulle boka hotellet igen om vi kom tillbaka. Rekommenderas!

"Our Front Desk Representative, Jimmy, was phenomenal!!!! It was New York Fashion Week and therefore a busy weekend and very active lobby. He gave us undivided attention as if we were the only ones in the room, and checked on each each time we visited the lobby. What an awesome experience in large part because of Jimmy!!"
"This was our first time staying away from Times Square and it was the best decision. It’s so quiet. The hotel is beautiful and very art deco. Our room was nice but the only complaint we had was how small the restroom was and our toilet wouldn’t stop making a flushing noise. All in all the staff were all amazing and the roof top bar was fabulous. "
