My room was clean and the given glassware was beautiful. My only complaint would be a strange smell emanating from the bathroom drain. It was pungent and not a pleasant stench. "

They gave us a Basel card on arrival to grant us free inner-city transport and 50% discount on museums, which was a great help. The room was always kept very clean and we were very warm and comfortable there. Cannot fault our stay here, it was perfect."
