"Very tired but clean room. The view was excellent and the size of the room was good. Breakfast was quite basic but tasty. I approached a staff member during breakfast for a couple of extra serviettes and her response was " well you could have gotten them from over there" as she pointed to the desk at the entrance to the restaurant. To be fair I had searched everywhere else prior to asking. I advised her I would certainly do as she suggested and got them myself. She did then approach me later with some extra serviettes but to be honest I was pretty disgusted at her attitude. Both check in and check out was very quick and easy and the staff at the front desk polite and efficient."

"I tried another booking company first and was messed about beyond belief, almost gave up on my birthday trip then come across Lastminute.com. I was surprised to see the hotels were above decent and with great reviews. Unlike the other companies I was looking at were their bundle deals seemed to only include hotels that had seen better days and were trying to get people back to retain their 5 star status. The Crystalbrook Riley was so far above what I was imagining for my birthday trip, I got the inclusive breakfast everyday, so worth it, it only cost me an extra $15 per day and the other hotel guests were paying $45 per person at the door. The pool was beautiful, the staff were above and beyond helpful and looked generally happy to be there. The beauty spa was well priced compared to Adelaide spa prices and the ladies were lovely. My massage therapist was so sweet and really informative, I usually prefer not to talk during sessions but this chick had a great vibe and I learned a lot about my skin type. There was a Supermarket within walking distance for snacks and essential items as well as a plethora or different restaurants surrounding so great location for people who are not hiring a car on their trip. Honestly 10/10 experience could not fault them if I tried!"

"We had an amazing 3 nights and couldn’t be happier with our time and beautiful new memories we have made as a family. Biggest stand out is the staff - nothing was too much trouble. Restaurant staff were amazing, happy to improvise our breakfast requests and make us feel welcomed. Swimming with the turtles was breathtaking & will remain a memorable experience for all of us. I’d like to add - before our arrival we had read so many reviews & some of them negative towards the day trippers, so we weren’t quite sure what to expect - but aside from it being busy around the cafe, bar and other eating areas, overall it really wasn’t that bad. By 4pm when the last lot of day trippers had left, you had the whole island to guests only. It really was something special and I highly recommend a stay if you are thinking about it. "
