The word that comes to mind is VALUE. We stayed for a full week and received great customer service, a very roomy suite with full kitchen, a very comfortable mattress, an amazing breakfast, and wonderful shower. Things that could be better: cold wind came through the air handler unit when it wasn't owing warm air (Thanksgiving time). The microwave oven was missing the roller ring that should be under the turntable making it difficult to use. To sum it up.... I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this place!

Kids loved the pool, I loved the kitchenette and large fridge in our suite. All 6 of us and a large dog in a crate fit so comfortably. The breakfast selection was impressive and the staff was friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this hotel for familoes and people with dogs.

Close to the Dayton Mall, restaurants, gas stations. Staff was very friendly. All inclusive breakfast selections were great. Loved all the kitchen amenities in the room. Loved the ice water and coffee in receiption area. One suggestion: need bigger towels for pool area. Towels provided for pool were much smaller than a bath towel. We enjoyed our stay and we will stay here again!

The property was well laid out suite wise and the common areas were nice but the room itself definitely showing signs of age - cracked tiles in bathroom, faded/peeling wallpaper and paint, etc. Also, the bed's mattress is definitely sagging and probably should be replaced and, FWIW, the bed was incorrectly made - the fitted sheet (or was it the box spring cover?) was used as a top sheet - interesting indeed. On the plus side - breakfast was very good as was front desk service.

Very nice, the kitchen is very convenient, my only complaint was you could smell stale cigarette smoke. And maybe the bathrooms could use some updating, all in all it was good. The breakfast options are amazing.

Breakfast was great all week (Monday to Thursday) but not on Friday. The breakfast staff were no-shows so it was a limited selection of bagels, toast, yogurt, oatmeal. The pool was clean, the hotel accommodations were excellent, staff was friendly.

This hotel was convenient for our needs. The breakfast each day was well prepared, better than most hotels at the same price point. The server was very helpful and attentive to the dining area. The suites were designed well, but it is time to maybe update the shower and toilet wall paper.
