I love the Italian owner. He has a strong accent, but friendly and inviting. It was my first time in Miami, so I didn’t know about pay parkings. The owner offered to pay for our parking for free of charge for 24 hrs. This was a blessing. B&B (breakfast) was delicious and made fresh once you wake up. I love the omelettes served at this location because it is not the traditional omelettes you get at Hamptons or other hotels. One thing I dislike was the house lizards in the backyard which is common in Miami - you will see them everywhere in Miami. Overall, great place to stay and most things are within walking distance. My friend and I walked to and from our B&B. Highly recommended.

The property manager was very accommodating and allowed us to store our luggage due to our early morning flight into town until later in the day when our room was ready. The property was overall pleasant, the room had only the bed to sit on, no chair, bench or even stool. Our only real issue was with breakfast as the assortment of food that was consumed by others on the beautiful outdoor patio was extremely limited and we had a very petite breakfast. When we asked about this, the young woman smiled and started clearing the patio table, we took that as our que to leave.

So warm and welcoming! Highly recommend.
We had such a nice stay at Villa Venezia BB! Ivone was incredible! We had a super warm welcome and they were so accommodating with all our needs. The check-in and out was easy and the property easy to find. The breakfast was so nice and we enjoyed meeting some of the other guests. We felt like we were with family. We would highly recommend staying here. We really enjoyed it.

Very nice and well maintained property lead by a very friendly Italien host, who at any point in time was ready to help. Great breakfast with best coffee in Miami (potentially even Florida). The room was a bit tiny for three adults, however we only stayed one night. Hence it was OK. All in all I can recommend the place with pricing being adequate.

Comfortable B&B in South Beach
My husband and I stayed here for one night after disembarking a Caribbean cruise. The owner was super sweet and welcoming. He met us at the front gate for check in. We we were able to text with him before hand to schedule an arrival time. The room was very comfortable and the neighborhood was great. There is an awesome place to get greek food (Meraki Gyro & Bakery) a couple of blocks away and there is also a great coffee shop nearby (Cafe Umbria). Both the greek food and coffee shop were within walking distance. The breakfast was wonderful. Overall, we had a great stay and would love to stay here again in the future!

I had very good nights sleep. The room was clean, cozy and comfortable. I especially liked the king sized bed as well as upon awakening I had no shoulder pains, like I normally do. The breakfast was excellent and made me feel at home.

Lovely Stay at Villa Venenzia
We enjoyed our stay for 1 day right before our cruise. The location feels very residential and is within walking distance from the beach, shops and many restaurants. The staff were super nice and provided a lovely breakfast buffet the next morning. Recommended highly, especially since the fee were so reasonable for this booking.

I have been to so many hotels and B&Bs, this one by far has the best breakfast and management. They have been super friendly from check in to check out!

The owner was delightful! He met us and helped with our parking. Very informative about restraunts in the area and we felt like we were staying with family. Breakfast was so nice outside in morning. Would stay again.!

Loved this cute B&B... it was spacious, quiet, close proximity to restaurants, bars, and shopping. The staff was very friendly, and made sure to communicate with us before our arrival (via text). The room was very comfortable (the bed was great!). Breakfast was wonderful... outside in the garden area, fresh baked quiche, toast, waffles, fruits, bacon & sausage, juices, coffee & tea... delicious! If we're ever back on this coast, we will stay here again!

Villa Venezia is nice and clean and the breakfast is very good. The street is quiet and it's just 10 minutes walk to the beach boardwalk. I hope to stay here again someday.

Hôte très sympa et de bon conseil, petit déjeuner excellent et vraiment très copieux ( salé et sucré et fruit) . Matelas très confortable. L’eau de la douche est faible et difficile à régler . La Clim qu’on ne peut pas éteindre mais nous avons fermé les aillettes au plafond et ça a été. Merci pour l’accueil

Lugar maravilhoso, muito bonito, agradável e confortável. O atendimento foi muito excelente, o proprietário foi super atencioso e educado. O café da manhã é excelente. O quarto onde ficamos é superconfortável e tem uma vista linda. Tudo estava limpo e a decoração é de muito bom gosto. A minha família amou o momento e será nossa primeira opção no retorno à Miami.

Abbiamo passato dei giorni meravigliosi a Miami , la struttura era perfetta per noi 4 così come perfetti erano i padron di casa che ci hanno accolto in un clima amichevole ! Colazione eccezionale , fatta al momento , camere semplici ma comode , tutto pulito e confortevole .non volevamo andar via , torneremo sicuramente , lo consiglio a tutti .
