The hotel is unorganized. The first room assignment wasn’t turned over/made up and smelled horrible. Thankfully, the front desk quickly fixed this by giving me another room. Everyday I had to re-explain to the same very friendly but frazzled person at the front desk that no, I wasn’t checking out and had the room for the week (booked and paid through Expedia). I didn’t get credited the hospital discount rate even though this kind and friendly person pointed it out and went into the system to fix it. The credit card machine, computer and printers were out of order in the restaurant and front desk off and on the whole time. Food at the restaurant was tasty but the bartender/server was often overwhelmed by trying to serve everyone solo. Not sure what was going wrong with technology and management. Staff was so nice trying to figure things out but this is a hotel that supports guests of people stressed visiting loved ones at the hospital. The hotel added stress that was really unhelpful at a difficult time for my family.
