Overprice hotel, service horrible, poor cleaning, everything was charge, the valet parking 78 dollars, housekeeping 98 dollars every day and the cleaning doesn’t value de price. It was a very bad recomedatoon from expedia to book this

Unit was dirty, elevators were so slow we had to use the stairs, I had to pay an unexpected cleaning fee, and the valet lost my car for over an hour.

There seemed to be a constant issue with the elevators throughout our stay and we had to wait more than an hour during Sunday checkout for the bellhop to get our bags and bring them down to the lobby. Also apparently the service elevators haven’t been working so even the hotel staff was frustrated having to fight for space with guests. Based on what I’ve seen in reviews this has been an ongoing issue. If you can be patient with that then everything else about the hotel is great.
