They had NO parking…. Several spots were taken up by a semi-tractor trailer as well as a truck with a dumpster trailer attached. When asked where to park they said anywhere. My feet were sticking to the carpet in the hallways. There was a funny order in my room.

Hi Brenda, We're sorry this was your experience. Hampton Inn's do not have room service as there is no restaurant on site. Complementary breakfast is provided from 6-10AM in their lobby area as a buffet style.

There is no laundry room in the hotel. Big problem for sportsmen that compete and need to wash their sweaty cloths…

Clean and quiet location with ample free parking. Close to the mall and other restaurants. Breakfast options were very good and hot coffee available throughout the day. Would stay here again if we visit Miami

The rooms did not look the cleanest, there were stains in a lot of places. The room also smelled awful, like moldy or moist, had to switch rooms and then it still smelled the same so nothing changed. The seats in the waiting area looks so worn and torn, it just made the place feel crusty. Staff was ok, overall probably wouldn’t intentionally stay here again.

Room had a Terrible odor. Hallways etc were dingy at best. Bed pillows had to be old. Asked for new ones and housekeepers promptly and politely brought new ones
