This room resembled a shelter. I don’t know how else to describe it. Dirty floors, dirty microwave and it smelled like a turtle tank. The man at the front was nice but strange.

I read a lot of bad reviews before picking this hotel and when I checked in for my room it wasn’t bad at all just a nice little studio I only recommend installing rag holders for the shower to hang up used ones other than that everything was great

At first, we were skeptical about booking this hotel, but honestly the service was top notch. No complaints whatsoever. Very clean environment. Child friendly neighborhood. The staff services was amazing and Obi was super friendly staff. Accommodations was provided with ease. I’ll definitely come back again sometime!

I recently had the pleasure of staying here and I must say, it was an incredible experience from start to finish. First and foremost, the staff, particularly Ovi, went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Ovi's attention to detail and friendly demeanor truly stood out, making me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. The hotel itself is in a prime location, conveniently situated close to both shopping areas and the beach, allowing for easy access to both leisure and necessities. One of the highlights of my stay was the affordable parking options available at the hotel. In a city where parking fees can quickly add up, it was a relief to find a hotel that offered such reasonable rates for parking. Additionally, the rooms were mostly clean, small, and had a couple things that need attention, but still providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring the city. Overall, I highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the area. The exceptional service, ideal location, and affordable amenities truly make it a standout choice. Ovi was so amazing and helpful. The hotel felt safe. Our bathroom did not have a handle on the door so we could easily get locked!! It is pretty much unmanaged. No one was there do check in or check out only ovi. The first night all three of us had to sleep ok our queen bed.

Checking was fine, front desk helpful, but room was not great. Shower seriously leaked water and came through the wall. Description on Expedia not exactly right. There is no $10 hotel parking and the room I booked advertised capacity of 3 but was just 1 bed. Bed was comfortable and location right off of boardwalk (2 blocks) and Italian restaurant next door very good.

Room was absolutely nothing like what was pictured or promised, and they couldn't care less. Handicapped room wasn't remotely handicapped accessible. Walkway out front is beyond slippery when wet, and is absolutely hazardous. We reserved two night left after one because of conditions. They promised to refund the second night but haven't - Parking is a major hassle - Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. I will be doing a chargeback because of what they did to us.

Parking was free after 6pm until 8 am. But since it was public parking and there was lots of events in the area, it was hard to find parking. The hotel itself doesn’t provide parking and is a little tough to find. Also, if you check in late you will have to check in via text message.

Stayed here for 4 nights and for 2 days we had no power and were not offered a refund of any kind. The only good part about this hotel was the man working at the front who checked us in. Would not recommend there are so many better places to stay.

This property is well secured so you would be feel safe and the room is tidy and having microwave and mini refrigerator, coffee maker and pair of glasses plates utensils then Amazon fire TV and Wifi free. On the top of that, hard working friendly manager who help every guest staying safe and comfortable, He is a great guy. I can’t wait to stay with them again!

Fire alarm went off when I had my child & spouse sleeping. The door scraped off the ground when opening. Lock system wasn't efficient & room was very tiny with small fridge & the rooms were not sound proof you could hear footsteps, tv's & people in other rooms. terrible experience I would not book here again. I could've gone to green seas motel for better service.
