We stayed here for one night before boarding a cruise the next morning and it was quiet, easy to find, and clean. The breakfast being included as a nice touch. Totally walkable to the beach and restaurants. After hours check in was easy to follow with detailed instructions. Would stay here again.

Great location and great staff. This is a perfect B&B for a Miami Beach getaway. Hot made to order breakfast was the cherry on top of a wonderful stay.

It’s a nice, clean B&B in a quiet neighbourhood. The parking is a little bit tricky, because overnight it’s only with residential permit. I parked above Publix store a block away.

The property at first seemed great and a good price that same night I learned better. The chrome in the shower and toilet paper were rusted, it was cold in the evening, tried to use the heat, the machine completely shut off and stopped working. The other guest did not feel the need to oblige by quiet hours (I was there for 3 nights) and random hours like 1 am they would decided to congregate in the living room and talk, hang out. I also don’t know if it was just room but there was a constant noise coming from either the wall facing my bed or opposite making it difficult to sleep. I called the owner and left a message and my concerns were never addressed. Just pay more and stay at a Hilton or Sheraton.

This was an excellent location for pre cruise stay. Very clean and comfortable inside. Good breakfast cooked to order. Some better recycling of food waste would deter rodents from the area outside.

Convenient to accessing the free trolley bus. Supermarket and Dept stores nearby. Tasty breakfast. No ice. TV remote did not mute. Lovely patio seating in back. No bureau.

This B&B experience was amazing! My wife and I stayed here for a quick overnight getaway and were so pleased! The check-in process was very easy and the staff was friendly, courteous, and went out of their way to ensure our stay was pleasurable. The room and home was very clean & modern, yet held its South Florida, Miami Beach cultural touch. We LOVED it and plan to be back!

Great price for the location
Cute little place for one or two nights. We stayed for five nights and it was a little too small for our family of four. First of all, there was no furniture to put our clothes in. They just had a small hanging rack with a shelf on top. If you're over 5'7", the shelf is easy to reach. The mattresses need to be changed. If you are on the edge, it sinks down. The pillows were very hard and inconsistent - meaning that every pillow was a little different. The rugs they had in the bedroom and bathroom need to be replaced. Everything is starting to show wear and tear and needs updating. The couches they have in the lobby...I just would not sit on them. The rug under the couches is gray from dirt when it should be white (if you see the pictures online and then the rugs in person...it seems like two different rugs). The pictures they have show everything sparkling clean...they need to update the pictures or update the furniture! As far as service, Gosha (sorry about the spelling) and especially Carlos, were great! The other employees seemed to be bothered if you asked them for something. They did have a nice breakfast, although it could have started a little earlier...at least have the coffee out earlier. Breakfast starts at 8:30. Overall, for the price in a great location, you can't really complain that much...

Great bed and breakfast located not far from the beach. Great price and value. Easy to find and parking is only 5 minutes away in a secure parking garage. Very convenient if you are going on a cruise (10 minutes from docks). I would recommend this place and stay here again.

This place is much smaller than what is shown in photos. Rooms are just small bedrooms in a house. The staff goes AWOL after 8:00 PM and do not come till afternoon of next day. That said, made to order breakfast is good and the person cooking is very courteous. There is happy hour at the end of the day but we don't drink so didn't make a difference for us. it is a 15 minute walk from the beach.

There is no parking for overnight guest, you need to park two blocks away in the ramp and pay $20 for overnight and the room was much smaller than it looks on the web site and only one bed had all the sheets on

Very cute, not many rooms but such a lovely, cozy and homelike feeling. Rather relaxed and laidback, breakfast will be made freshly for you and there’s a nice area with several tables to sit and eat and enjoy some quiet time. Still close in walking distance to Ocean drive and the beach.

We try to stay here the day before each cruise out of the port of Miami. It's always nice to make the trip to S. Beach the day before, know you're only 10 minutes away from the port the morning of our cruise. The only issue we had was walking from our Uber to the gate, the property between the curb and sidewalk is very low and one of our members tripped due to the height of the step up to the sidewalk. Darkness played a part, but it is a hazard to be aware of.

This was our first experience of staying at a B & B. I love the small, cozy setting. We stayed here one night to wait for a cruise. It was great having our breakfast cooked to order. Being a small business owner, I love supporting other small business owners versus big chains

Great find in South Miami Beach
This small B&B is a great base for South Miami Beach. The staff are very helpful and it was nice to start the day with a freshly cooked breakfast. The beach is a 15 minute walk away and the neighborhood is quiet.

I would not let my dog sray the lady was very rude and ghetto. She told they were booked up. I was able to book it on expedia for 2 days, got to place standing at gate no awnser phone, so i called from a second number she ask me why i book on expedia when she said the were full, because i did not believe u . She hung up on me . I hipe no one stay here ever.

My experience at Bars B&B South Beach Miami was enjoyable, although it didn't quite match the online images. Charlie, the staff member, was a standout, offering a warm welcome and excellent assistance. The cooked breakfast was a delightful highlight of the stay.

This is a very small and convenient B&B near South Miami Beach. I chose this location for the distance more then the looks. I wanted something close to beach and downtown. Super quiet area. Breakfast was amazing. Every morning greeted with a smile from Charlie who is exceptional. He made us great breakfast on our stay. Cons: don’t be fooled by the pictures the place is pretty outdated. Shower needs some upgrading. Room looked a little unkept floors were dirty. Sheets had some stains. But then you get want you pay for and the price was cheap. The main PLUS was breakfast and distance to beach. :) Charlie was so so polite and friendly the made a world of a difference. :)

It’s a nice place to stay and I have been staying in this hotel for 5 days. All staffs are very nice and kind, which makes me safe and sound during my stay in Miami. It’s very close to the beach and I will recommend this place to my friends next time.
