Mondrian South Beach
Where do I begin 🙄 from check in to check out this hotel was miserable. The lacking of customer service skills were painfully obvious at first point of contact with front desk.

Park Central South Beach
Very small room for 2 queen beds. Great location but was a bit too expensive for what they offer. Breakfast was very basic. Not even eggs. Disappointing breakfast, they shouldn't call this free breakfast. Most days we had to spend for breakfast. Staff was very friendly. Pool was nice.
