"We stayed at this hotel for two nights and were planning to extend our stay for two more nights. We asked the front desk if it would be possible to get a one-hour late check-out while we processed the new booking online. Unfortunately, the staff member at the front desk was very rude in his response and simply said, “You have to leave at 11.” I completely understand that sometimes late check-outs are not possible due to availability, but it was the tone and attitude that were disappointing....

"This place is so deceiving online I have no idea how it has such an high ranking. The rooms are terrible and not cheap either. The first room we got put in didn’t have working AC so we had to ask to switch rooms. The guy handled it with no problem which we appreciated. The walls are paper thin you can hear literally everything going on outside 24/7. The bathroom was a joke - no counter space at all, the sink was like a small dorm sink, the shower is hard to work. "Absolutely unacceptable experience at Faena Hotel Miami Beach. - Upon check-in, they put me in a room completely different from what I booked: much smaller, no carpet, no desk, and clearly a lower-tier room. - Had to argue with staff just to be moved into the room category I actually paid for. - Once finally moved, the toilet in that room didn’t even work.
