"We rented a 3 bedroom. The rooms have portable fans and heaters. The unit has a washer/dryer combo. The building has a gym. There is always a doorman working. They were all great and helpful. "Great value for the money for a family. We rented a 2 bedroom apartment and had 2 baths as well. It is safe and very clean and comfortable. We chose it because was very close to the hotel we joined a group after 2 days and were pleasantly surprised with the quality. Communication was easy and responsive, we wished they would tell us the entrance is on the right of the building after you pass other street numbers, as we arrived during the night was a bit confusing. We recommend it to anyone...

"Very comfortable, clean, modern, and very well located in a nice neighbourhood of Lima. Next to the Cultural Centre of a very prestigeous univesity where many events are held. Definitely, a very good choice. The only request could be to have a fridge to store some small food items."

"The room was incredibly nice, clean, with a very comfortable mattress. I didn’t like that there is no air conditioning and also that they are building a new building across the street and begin construction at 6:30am each day. Aside from that it’s a great place and I highly recommend staying here "
