"We had a wonderful stay at Ferme de la Rançonnière and would absolutely recommend it. The property is beautiful, full of history, and very well maintained. Our room was comfortable, the grounds were peaceful, and the staff were warm and welcoming. "Warm welcome in a picturesque hotel. Personnel was very friendly, spoke English and Dutch. The room itself was very nice. Bathroom was small, but we knew from pictures in advance. The room was clean and the bed was very good. The only real negative was the lack of airco (which we also knew in advance). Breakfast was very good. Products were high quality and tasteful. It’s not a gigantic buffet, as in large hotels, but that’s also fine. It’s quality over quantity. You can sit outside and enjoy...

"La camera era spaziosa, confortevole e pulita. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione ma il parcheggio gratuito e la breve distanza da ristoranti e dalla spiaggia ne fanno un vero gioiello per rilassarsi qualche giorno. Complimenti a chi gestisce la struttura, veramente una location fantastica, peccato che non si possano mettere più di 5 stelle perchè è una struttura che ricorderemo tutti con affetto."

"This was the perfect hotel to stay at if you want to enjoy Bayeux and the regional sites like the D-Day beaches and Mont. St. Michel. The staff was lovely, room clean and the grounds were lovely. We spent one night sitting outside by the river that flows through the property. Highly recommend!!"

"Small rooms…little room for two suitcases. Basic but adequate breakfast. Easy location…easier to drive to town center. Good for night before WWII beaches. AC not very strong. Noise could be heard from outside hotel (guests watch TV, horses at vet clinic) and inside (kids on a field trip enjoying the next room over!) Adequate, but nothing special."
