"We had a wonderful stay at the Mercure Metz Centre and would highly recommend it.
The room was very clean, the breakfast buffet was excellent, and the staff truly made our stay memorable.
One morning, we arrived for breakfast with only five minutes left before closing. Tomas at the front desk kindly spoke with the kitchen staff and asked them to keep the buffet available until we had finished eating. That level of customer service was greatly appreciated.
When we first arrived in Metz, we had a difficult time finding the hotel. Abigail was incredibly patient and went above and beyond by waiting outside so we could spot her waving and find our way. Her kindness immediately made us feel welcome.
On our departure day, we wanted to spend some time exploring the city center before picking up our car. Aurore graciously offered to store our luggage so we could enjoy our last few hours in Metz without having to carry our bags around.
The combination of a clean, comfortable room, great breakfast, and exceptional service from Tomas, Abigail, and Aurore made this a fantastic experience. We would definitely stay here again on a future visit to Metz."
