All staff were extremely curteous, the room was clean and spacious and it was great to get a comfortable bed a powerful hot shower (not always gauranteed in Philippines). Seda is a very short 5 minute walk to BGC High Street where you will find all the shops and restaurants you're ever likely to need ). Do check out the roof top bar for a nightcap and great views over the local area. 2nd floor pool area...

"Next to Seaside. Within walking distance to Pubs and Bars. Very nice and clean Hotel with a beautiful Lobby and has a big spread of choices for Breakfast. Quiet place even though near to bars. Has a rooftop lounge which you can see 360 Degrees around the Hotel. Very nice and cosy atmosphere at the Rooftop Lounge, the live band was a little too lout when they were on though. Good security all round the Hotel from Entrance to the lift lobby. Will return when in Manila."

It’s was walking distance from the Newport Mall; you just walk over a bridge and you’re there—all indoors including the bridge. If you want an exceptional stay and be pampered, this is the place to be—very close to Terminal 3 at Manila Airport. I highly recommend it. It was a great experience!"

"Great welcome on 24th floor by Ms Hazel. We stayed in room 2408 and room 2328. Prefer breakfast with the crowd on the ground level. Did not avail of club level dining as there’s many options in Greenbelt and Glorietta. Enjoyed listening to great performance with Jessie(?) singing Friday night up to 11pm. New World Makati Hotel is clean and situated across luxury mall at Greenbelt 3. SPA: Air conditioning is set TOO COLD for body massage and the temperature could not be adjusted. GYM: Many...
