"The water was shut off when we arrived due to a water break. Room smelled musty and the furniture needs updated. The WiFi did not work. We had a reservation for two nights but did not use the second night. Because the room was not acceptable. The hotel rating did not accurately represent the condition of the facility and no refund was offered."

"I mean…a motel located above and inside a truck stop? This place was perfect for the prize and location. Came here for two nights for a running race and I was blown away. It had great reviews so I was hopeful. Vivek helped me check and made it super easy. The room was SPACIOUS! It was clean, had shampoo , conditioner and body wash. What motel does that? A microwave, candy, water and coffee. Honestly I would come back again and again. The size of the room alone was amazing. Two shower heads in the shower was a plus. Parking right outside and a convenience store just downstairs! Perfect! "

"We loved the Essenhaus Inn! Only one suggestion….perhaps upgraded cotton linens and bedspread would have been nice. There were stains in the bathtub which I think was actually on the film covering.
