The building outside is pretty ugly and if you do not hear the Highway as they have very isolated windows, the view from our bedroom was the highway"

A lovely gentleman with glasses and a bald head (apologies for not recalling his name) went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Within minutes of settling into our room, he surprised us with a complimentary bottle of champagne, setting the tone for an unforgettable stay. The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the breathtaking view from our balcony. Positioned in the heart of the lake, with the majestic mountains as a backdrop, it felt like we were in paradise. Gravedona town may have been quiet, but the serenity of the surroundings only added to the charm of our stay. What truly made our time at Hotel Regina Beach unforgettable was the combination of the stunning scenery and the exceptional customer service. It was during our stay that I decided to propose to my now fiancée, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to capture the moment, presenting us with beautiful photos that we will cherish forever. "We just stayed one night - the owners collected us from the train station which was helpful with a lot of luggage and a wheelchair. Owners are very friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable for us 3 adults, with an elevator for easy accessibility. As the room was on the top floor there were skylights with windows and blinds that could be electronically opened. There were plenty of other windows, with a great view to the mountains, but you need to bend a little to see through them due to the sloping ceiling. A few extra pillows for sleeping would have been nice, perhaps we could have asked though. Food was lovely in the restaurant, perhaps a bit expensive but I think that's typical of Switzerland. A beautifully decorated hotel and it's a shame we couldn't stay a few more days. "

"Very pleased we chose this hotel. All staff were very polite and efficient. Could not find fault with the room or service and the free tea,coffee,cake, croissants in reception was very nice although personally I missed having a kettle in the room. Food availablity and quality good at the adjacent restaurant. "
