"The property was a lovely find. Excellent location close to all the touristy spots, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is lovely and clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Monica was super-helpful and provided us with useful suggestions for places to see. She was very responsive to messages and kept in touch throughout. Will definitely be back to this beautiful city. "

"Lovely place, very central in the Old Town. The room and overall hotel were both modern and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. I did find it strange that making up a room was only done on request even for a 3 night stay. Even when we did ask it wasnt done and so we had to ask for fresh towels and do without any cleaning during our stay. Bottled water out of reusable bottles is provided but we had to go down daily to get these refilled. Great stay overall...

"Not too easy to check-in, I had trouble finding the keys to the apartment as I had to walk around the building with my luggage to get the keys hidden in a little safe behind a door. Otherwise, owner replies quickly to questions, but doesn’t speak English so communication was hard via phone but easier with text messages. The location is nice, quite a walk from prague city center. The grocery store downstairs is a plus. The appartement is nice and clean, but one of the two lights in the kitchen...

The shower room had a bad odor that would constantly smell and the living room/kitchen area always smelled like the pizzeria down below. "The hotel was clean and really central. Tye reception staff were really friendly too. It was really warm when we stayed and we were on the top floor so the apartment was uncomfortably warm. There was a plug in aircon machine but it didn’t help much. I would argue that it is not a 4 star hotel. The finishes in the room need updating and even though the room was spotless the old skirting boards and wardrobe made the room feel dirty. For the price though it was worth it"
