We stayed in ocean view room without balcony end of May ‘25. it’s decent size room, cleaned daily, unlimited water, coffee n soft drinks provided in the room. Closet decent size but room could use another dresser or couple more drawers. Only has 3 small drawers in the closet. Couple usb outlets to charge electronics. Free use of sauna in the spa, and very helpful n friendly staff. If u choose not to have breakfast included there is grocery store n cafes across the street in the mall with plenty of options. We had wonderful time on the beach daily, very comfortable cushioned beach chairs, fluffy thick towels and umbrellas provided. sea water is calm n clean, and u have a nice view of Burj Al Arab when it’s not hazy.

Excellent hotel, We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Staff are exceptional & The choice and quality of food & beverages makes this the best all inclusive we have ever stayed in.
The hotel & grounds including beach are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. Would highly recommend & we shall be returning for sure.

"Tallest building i Dubai, very reasonably priced the hotel staff were very welcoming and i felt very safe. It high quality finishings just a little worn now. Bed was very comfortable theshower hot no face cloth though. No bigget though. Sadly my flight was delayed so I didnt get to them until 1.00am ..."
