Not bad for business person.
Stayed for 2nights. This is business hotel, not for holiday staying purposes. Value for price, but need improvement for breakfast. It was so poor selection.

Positives: The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also, despite being a 2* hotel centered downtown, they also have closed parking nearby for the guests. Negatives: Nevertheless, there are some major issues with room cleanliness. The sheets were not that clean, hairs from previous guests could be seen in the toilet and the beds, and especially the carpet on the floor was very very dirty. Two other not-so-major topics were: 1. The internet was not working. There was a very complicated process to connect, but in the end, it was not possible. And the staff could not find a solution. 2. Breakfast: It was very nice with a lot of options. Nevertheless, the buffet was not renewed even if the options were over more than 1 hour before the end time of the breakfast.

I would like to come again
It was a very good experience, the reception is wonderful, the staff are friendly and want to serve you, the cleanliness is excellent, but there was a problem with the internet, the password is set in a complicated way and the internet is relatively weak, there is no isolation between the rooms and the breakfast is classic and refined.

The hotel is in the good location in central with good access to everything. Near to bus station, near to train station, foods, shop and everything. Very kind and polite also helpful staff. I recommend it. Thanks to great staff 😊

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider ist das einloggen ins Internet sehr kompliziert aber das Personal half, und nach 15min hat alles geklappt. Aircon funktionierte wunderbar. Beim Auschecken musste ich die Rechnung bezahlen. Schade, dass dies nicht schon während des Check-In gemacht wurde, weil man beim Auschecken oft in Stress ist. Mir wurde beim Auschecken auch noch ein kostenloser Tee angeboten. Das Frühstück kann ich leider nicht bewerten, weil ich mitten in der Nacht ausgecheckt habe. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Gayet güzel. Yeterli. Bulunduğu sokak Arapların çoğunluk olduğu bir yerdi. Kendine ait kapı önünde otoparkı var 6 arabalık falan. O da ferahti. Kahvaltı güzeldi. Bir daha gidilir.

Heel prettig hotel
Perfecte prijs kwaliteit verhouding en heel erg vriendelijk personeel! We waren hier met onze kinderen in een familiekamers, 2 aparte gedeeltes in dezelfde kamer. Bedden waren lekker, de airco was goed en het ontbijt was ronduit fantastisch. De medewerkers waren allemaal heel erg lief en oprecht.

Otel biraz eski, yeni yeni restore ediliyor ve ufak tefek sorunlar var elbette ama Personel çok yardımsever ve güleryüzlüydü her türlü sorunda çok yardımcı oldular. Fiyat performans olarak gayet güzeldi.

Şehir içinde güzel bir konaklama.
Odada su ısıtıcı poşet kahve ve çay yok ama resepsşyona söylerseniz çok güzel çay ve kahve getiriyorlar. Hizmet çok iyi ve hızlı. Görevlilerin tavrı 5 üzerinden beş. Kahvaltı beş yıldızlı. Oda içi çok rahat. Herkese memnuniyetle tavsiye ederim.

Personal muy amable
Los empleados del hotel son las personas mas amables que he encontrado en un hotel. Reserve dos noches y la siguente noche no me podia quedar en el hotel porque necesitaba viajar a un pueblo cercano, me dieron un bono para recuperar la noche que no me quede. Regrese al hotel 3 dias despues y pude hacer uso de la noche que tenia pendiente. 🇹🇷😊

Personeller çok ilgiliydi, kahvaltı güzeldi. Odalar da bence halı yerine parke olursa temizlik sağlanabilir diye düşünüyorum onun dışında merkezi olması ulaşım açısından gayet iyi ama çok gürültülü bir sokakta gece uyuyayamayabilirsin

Memnun kaldım.
Çalışan arkadaşlar çok ilgili çok güler yüzlü ve çok yardımcılar sabah 7 de olsa gece 2 de olsa aynı tebessümle sorun çözüyorlar, odalar her gün temizleniyor çarşafından havlusuna her şey temiz geliyor çok teşekkür ederim tekrar Mersine uğradığımda ilk durağım olacak yer kesinlikle.
