"Room was not made up daily. Shower supplies ran out the day we left, because the room was not maintained when we were there."

"This hotel is a great place to stay if going to a game downtown. The prices are extremely reasonable compared to the outrageous prices of the hotels next to the stadiums. It was a short drive (like 10 minutes) and the hotel was better than expected. They have a wonderful restaurant inside and even offer complimentary breakfast which was delicious. Everything was clean and comfy and my kids were even able to swim as they have a huge indoor swimming pool. My kids had a blast. The front desk and housekeepers were extremely helpful and friendly and really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. 10 out of 10! I highly recommend! "

"The overall look of the property was pleasant. It looked nice until you got into the elevator. Trash in the elevator. The room was barely clean. Very dusty and actual dirt on top of the ice bucket lid. The bathroom floor was sticky. The room just felt so gross. You just didn’t want to walk with bare feet anywhere in that room. It took two trips ( a long way - we were on the 4 th floor) to get a key that would open the door. They had to give us a new room. Here is the positive: The beds were clean and comfortable It was quiet. Good blackout curtains. Would I stay here again? Absolutely not."

"My room on the third floor was very clean and bed comfortable. However there was water damage on the wall above the desk. It appeared someone tried to tape the wall paper where it was coming off a bit. (?) "

"You could get anything you needed for cooking. Morning breakfast was weak; usually not much to pick from; very picked over."

"We chose this hotel because the rating was 8.8/10. That is not even close. I ask the gentleman how much it was a night, which was more than Expedia. He said then you should book online. So I stood at the front desk and booked it while he looked at his phone. The room appeared clean, except for all the hair in the bathroom. It smelled like they had sprayed Lysol to cover up the smell and make it seem like they cleaned. The clock didn’t work. The outlets and light fixtures were hanging half on the walls. I’m very disappointed with our choice. Wouldn’t stay there again. "
