"The hotel and our room appeared clean. Air conditioning worked great on a very hot and humid day which was a big plus. Hotel does have complimentary free breakfast but we made a personal choice not to try it as the breakfast area (part of the reception area) was already extremely crowded and loud. Our one big complaint was that we chose to stay at this particular hotel because it had an indoor swimming pool but when we checked in, there was a sign alerting us that the pool hours were very limited. Check in was 3pm and the pool was only open until 4pm ( on a Saturday!) Similarly, pool hours on Sunday were limited to 8a.m. -12p.m. This was not mentioned at all on the hotel description on hotels.com or on the hotel website. When we questioned staff about the shortened pool hours, her reply was "yeah." So if you are wanting to swim during your hotel stay, this is probably not the hotel for you."
