"We didn’t interact with the staff as it was a one night stay and we arrived late and left early. There were no lifts and we had to carry heavy bags up a very old outdoor staircase - it seemed dangerous and very steep with heavy luggage. The carpark was virtually unusable unless you drive a mini or similar, so we parked on the street. The shower head did not stay up so showering was a pain. We wouldn’t stay again."

"Amazing place to stay with little ones, we loved every minute of it. So much to do at the property that you wouldn't even have to leave to have a great holiday. Multiple pools, kids activities, a small cinema, mini golf and the apartments with smart TV but also things like toddler cups and plates. Bus and tram stop are literally in front of the door and the beach is a 5-10 minute walk away. If you forgot to take something, you can probably loan or hire it (cots, toys, books, pool towels, high...

"Place is a wonderful place to stay and will stay again. Only downside was no facecloths in rooms, also lacking amenities in kitchen. All the small utensils but no pots, fry pans etc and only one lot of dishwasher power and small amount of dishsoap. Also would be great if small amount of salt and petter supplied for guest use. Overseas travllers end up having to buy stuff to throw away which is not sustainable for the environment. "
