Only situation that occured was that the air conditioning in one of our few apartmdnts that we rented didn't work. However, the weather was so beautiful we just kept the windows open. "This property was incredible! The location was right in the heart of the old historic center and was easy to find, easy to get our luggage to, without too many steps! The communication from the host was very detailed and they accommodated our early check in request. They were very helpful and the apartment was spacious with every amenity you would want while away on vacation. Plus, the bed was super comfortable! Would highly recommend this property!!!"

"We had a two bedroom apartment with the most amazing views over Lake Como. The property owner was friendly and helpful. Every morning we enjoyed a lovely breakfast on the balcony with views of the lake. You have to walk roughly 4 to 5 minutes down to a carpark where you can catch a small train to Bellagio town centre. I would recommend this property to anyone. We found it wonderful. "

"It's certainly very unique in its Gothic style and very spacious, close to everything. but we found dust in corners and on some selves, the storage room was full of cleaning stuff and smelled like mold....also even it is only 4 miniutes walk from the ferry, with its location at the top of the hill and to carry big suitcases along the pebble stone road all the way up to check in is no fun at all."

"This place was great. The manager helped us out on all aspects she is a 5 star host. She really went out of her way to help out. Apartment is super clean, had a chance to workout in the gym and run down and get an expresso in the morning. I highly recommend this place to anyone, it was great. "

"This was an “antique” type facility. Very quaint and while it included some nice features, a washing machine (no dryer) the “master bedroom” is an “open loft” and the bathroom is on the first level. All of the beds are very hard and none of the tvs worked. "

"The view is amazing. The apartment was spacious and had parking right out front. If you have time, take advantage of the main hotel lakeside area and indoor pool/spas. Check in is at the main hotel. Use that address for GPS. It would be nice if they provided and couple of bottles of water and coffee to make in the room. "

"Very cute apartment in the center of Bellagio with many amenities and central location, but bed mattress was too soft and uncomfortable, gave us backaches just after a few hours. Also because it is in the center of town, you can hear people on the street talking constantly until late at night. If you even open the window you'll see all of the people right below you."
