"This property is a piece of paradise in the middle of Merida. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The towels were plush, plenty of fresh drinking water.

It was 37 degrees Celsius outside and they had left the window open causing the room to heat up even more. We turned on the air conditioning but it took a long time...
