"Three things-- 1.) The front desk staff consistently greeted and acknowledged me, unlike the two other properties I stayed at this trip. Greeting and acknowledging guests is basic hospitality 101 and, as a former front desk person myself, was glad to see it practiced here. 2.) Readily available luggage carts, again unlike the aforementioned properties. 3.) Found a hair on the toilet set, BUT that is foregiveable given that I discovered a mound of hair and a bug on the shower drain at another property, i.e. room was clean!"

"The room was clean, but not like what was pictured online when I booked. Hotel is older and in disrepair as was the room. The room was also VERY sparse and furniture was pretty beat up. I felt like I paid WAY too much money for the condition of the hotel and room. "
