Falta de desinfeccion y pulgas en la habitacion

Tenia pulgas el lugar , mi novia esta toda brotada por culpa se esa falta de desinfeccion del lugar , culparon a los perros q ellos dejan entrar y ahora estoy gastando plata en remedios por su culpa

No pude llegar el primer día a alojar, y me dijeron me comunicara con Ustedes Hoteles.com, lo cual llevo 3 días enviando mails, pero uds simplemente no tienen Servicio, malísima la respuesta de Hoteles.com.

O problema é Hotels.com cobrar o valor que está cobrando em dólares, não vale, o valor em pesos no local é menor que a metade. Hotel é antigo, e cobra o uso do ar condicionado em separado, coisa que vcs não informam e com esse preço em dólar, existe muito hotéis na região bem melhores.

Building is very old, you can’t lock your door from inside. And it’s very hard to lock from outside. Cozy room. Breakfast isn’t good. They just give you couple piece of bread as breakfast. And they even charge me for tap water.

O hotel é bastante simples, condizente com o valor que se paga! Precisávamos de apenas algumas horas para um banho e arrumar a bagagem e foi útil para nos! Pessoal super attencioso e localização espetacular!

Bom

Bom hotel para dormir e não passar muito tempo no hotel. Conforto razoável, banheiro é estreito, sanitário não funciona direito, pelo menos o chuveiro é quente. Ambiente: muito barulho, não tem isolamento. Ao redor tem lanchonetes, posto e unidade policial, região bem tranquila.

Tiene en frente del hotel, estación de servicio, farmacia, parada de colectivo, la policía al lado, varios bares y restaurantes de precio muy accesible, cajero automático . A 3 cuadras el instituto Zaldivar .El personal del hotel muy servicial , super recomendable
