"Good staff and clean room"

"Excellent breakfast buffet"

"The staff were helpful and friendly, but the facility is in bad need of renovation specially the bathroom. The bathroom fixtures need replacing and there’s mildew all around the shower floor. Even if you ask them to clean the room, they’ll fix the bed sheets and replace towels but they don’t clean the bathroom or anything. "A very nice hotel, we booked 2 separate rooms that were spacious and fairly clean. The only comment I’ll make is that the bathroom in both hotel rooms had molds on the glass door and floor, as well as 1 bathroom had less than half a roll of toilet paper left. Otherwise it was a good stay"

"Will never go back. Elevator not working. No room service food. Room, bed, pillows, bathroom smells horrible."

"With the amount of activities aimed at small kids, this is a wonderful and great resort to take the family for a weekend getaway. Their staff was very professional and attentive. Their breakfast was one of the better ones we’ve had, the variety of items were all prepared in perfection."

"Beautiful Property, But Poorly Maintained The property itself is beautiful and has a lot of potential, but unfortunately, it feels abandoned and poorly maintained. The overall condition of the hotel gives the impression that proper preventive maintenance and housekeeping standards are not being consistently followed. I booked two rooms for my family, and unfortunately, both rooms had mold issues and were not properly maintained. One of the rooms had a broken bathroom door, while both bathrooms...
