"Clean rooms"

"Breakfast was really good and room was really clean"

"My room was never properly cleaned. Crumbs on the floor and nightstand. Someone's pills on the floor. The walls had stains on it that werent cleaned off. The 3 wall mounted lights did not work at all. The nicest thing in that whole room was probably the bed. Management could definitely do some light repairs to atleast make the room a little more nicer looking, but you get what you pay for it guess."

"There was roaches in the bathroom"

"Told me I had to pay an extra 15$ after I booked a room because my kid is 17. Not sure why that wasn't part of the booking process. Sign at register said check in was at 2:00. We couldn't get to our room until 3:30. It was not the room we paid for so we had to wait even longer for that one to be cleaned. Everyone was a little rude. I felt like I was a burden instead of a guest."

"It seems as if all they do is change towels and do the beds when the "cleaning staff" goes to the room. Doors, walls, and hair dryer were dirty (have pictures). Example, under the mirror you could see the stains left after people brushed their teeth. The round dot white foam stains. One of the green covers had a cigarette burn hole on it even though it was a non-smoking room. My daughter got bit by either bed bugs or a spider. It says they have breakfast and all they had was cereal, bread or...
