This is a great place to stay! We felt safe and free to walk around. The front desk staff was amazing! So friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good as was the staff there too. We will definitely be back! So much better than another place down the road!!

Good price and friendly staff, convenient to restaurants and Walmart. Room AC unit reeked of mold. Carpet was nasty. Road noise was pretty bad. Pool was disgusting- had a brown tint to it and stunk badly, didn’t smell chlorine at all. Had to take a shower after getting out of pool and it was difficult to get rid of the smell.

I really enjoyed staying at this property. The only thing I didn’t like was housekeeping did not come to the room on the 3rd night. I put the do not disturb sign on the door the 2nd night and I guess they decided not come to clean the room the next day.

the place was clean, the staff was friendly, the room was comfortable. The room did need some maintenance. The Lav faucet needed to be titened up. The desk drawer handle needed repair. (You need to set in the chair to understand) There was no toilet paper holder. (not a big deal) Overall, enjoyed our stay. Easy access heading south the next morning.

Very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. The beds were a bit hard for us to get on as they are pretty high up and we both have some handicaps, otherwise they were comfortable. Bathroom was big and shower was hot and nice. Clean indoor pool area. Breakfast was hot and delicious.

Two things, stay overall was poor due to conditions. There was a weird yellow stain underneath the mattress and knew right away it was a sort of bug stain, hours later we found a sort of little bug crawling in the bed sheets. But I give the hotel staff a proper review due to them accommodating us and giving us a new room after I informed them about the little insect.

Room 424 was infested with roaches, i was moved to room 224 the blinded was toren down 272 the air was out so i was up moving two babies from room to room at 12am. The young lady at the desk act as if she didnt care since i woke her up.

We were in town for a tournament and had to stay here per tournament. We booked our first room through the tournament. A week before we needed to book another since friends were coming and booked through Expedia. I called prior to checking in and requested our rooms next to each other. I was told that it was impossible because rooms were already assigned. We got to our hotel at 8pm and were told since we didn’t check in earlier they gave our room away. The front desk staff said she had a room that was clean but out of service because it’s missing a shower tile. Technically they weren’t supposed to book it but because she gave our room away she would let us have it. The next day my daughter found bed bugs in her room. We informed the front desk staff who was extremely rude and acted like it was no big deal. I will never stay at a best western again!

There were roaches in my first room so we had to move. Had to wait hours for towels. And they gave someone a key to my room without asking for identification or anything. And their last name wasn’t even on the bill. I didn’t even stay in the room my last day there. I will never return

Desk attendant Mrs. Princess and kitchen assistant Anna both went above and beyond making a difficult trip more bearable. Mrs. Princess took time to color with our grandson. Ms. Anna made sure our breakfast was hot and fresh regardless on the time we got down. Both always had a smile and friendly conversation
