"Hotel has signs of wear and needs upgrades. Headboard was all scratched and stains on bed sheets. Bathroom was unusually small, especially compared to the size of the room. Bathtub with shower curtain felt dated. Excellent location for concert with easily accessible and affordable parking. Staff courteous but stopped helping me mid check-in to tend to another guest which was annoying. "

"We reserved a king suite and it was definitely not a suite. It essentially had 1 more door which actualy made it feel smaller. The bathroom slide door has a lock with a 6in metal bar that sticks out both sides. Totaly unnecessary. The facility, staff, elevators and area are excellent.
