"Superb place to stay if you’re going to Rock City. It’s literally next door. Great staff and a little shop of sorts selling snacks and juices to take to your room. A mean to cup coffee machine and pastry in the morning is a great touch."

Melton is a hidden gem. It's off the tourist track but has lots to see and do. The home of pork pies and Stilton Cheese has a pretty and interesting church, some great pubs but, most importantly, some brilliant country walks.
