"The staff was awesome; friendly, attentive, and personable. The hotel offers a free shuttle to local popular venues. The bar is open late. And where some hotels nickel and dime you to death (and charge more for the privilege), the Hotel Saratoga includes the little things."

"This property is clean and nicely located away from busy traffic. The lobby and all areas of this hotel were clean and well maintained. The breakfast was good and appealing(not over done). I would definitely stay here again. My only complaint is the vacuuming early in the mornings. It didn’t really bother me, but If you’re trying to sleep in it could be bothersome."

"The hotel itself was not bad on the inside, other than our room. Looked like housekeeping stopped in the middle of cleaning before we checked in, though it was not bad enough to request a different room. As far as the area it is in, I did not do my research and did not realize it was next to a bus station. And the immediate surrounding area was pretty sketchy. However, we had no issues and was able to drive around and find nicer areas to eat/hang out. Albany overall seemed to have bad areas mixed right in with the good ones. Again, had no issues."
