"Op de website staat het allemaal mooier beschreven dan in werkelijkheid. De sauna is vervolgens niet open. Het restaurant is ook niet in bedrijf. Drinken kan je uit de koelkast halen en op schrijven. Je krijgt een code om vervolgens de sleutel te krijgen van de kamer. Wij hadden het geluk dat er nog iemand was bij de receptie maar na inchecken gingen ze vervolgens weg. Op dat moment waren we de enige gasten in het hotel . "We were staying one night, breaking up a journey from Potsdam to Calais. The hotel was excellent for our needs, spacious bedroom, great bathroom and the breakfast was the best we experienced in 9 days in Germany and Belgium. My only word of caution is that the hotel whilst ideally placed for anyone travelling by train, it is about a 10/15 minute walk from the desirable part or Bielefeld. In fact the approach to the hotel was typified by run down shops and what appeared to be experiencing hard times. That said we would seek out Steinberger hotels if we are travelling in Germany again"
