"This quaint appearing hotel is a hidden gem! The short cobblestone walk from the bus stop was a surprise but we made it. The staff were very welcoming and informative. They directed us to a lovely restaurant in walking distance. The food was fabulous. In fact we ate there twice! We forgot our conversion plugs and the happily provided us with two during our stay! I would return to this hotel for another stay. 10/10 highly recommend!!"

"The staff was fabulous! Very friendly and helpful throughout! They were extremely responsive to all of our needs, even delivering coffee pods at 4:30 a.m.! The room was clean and well appointed. The location was very convenient for the port and local shopping and sight seeing. The restaurant attached to the hotel was fantastic as well! Definitely recommend with 5 stars if you are staying in Piraeus!"

"1st our early check in was a privilege, thank u George for your kind assistance he made my day. The rooms are clean we took the triple so it was good enough for a couple. The staff are very nice and helpful. Electra and christina. We were offered on arrival free coffee and water. As for the breakfast it was amazing a la carte more than enough, orange juice , water , coffee, hot chocolate, greek yogurt , cheese platter , eggs ur style, basket of bread jam and croissant. "Lovely large hotel with all the amenities and services you’d expect from the Hyatt. Big rooms too. Great view from the terrace. Staff at reception were perhaps not super helpful in providing all information. In terms of location, it’s probably a tad bar to get into the main tourist area (20 mins - fine but not easy to go back and forth), plus on a main road / highway so not a pleasant walk."

"I have no clue how this hotel has a 9/10 rating. The hotel was so old and pretty worn out. The photos you see on the website is over photoshopped. I found a long hair in the bathroom floor and the shower walls were stained. "
