The hotel is ideal for what you need. Clean, fresh and comfortable. For me the staff speak fantastic English with my little Spanish Helpful and great location.

Great location, outstanding views, very clean
I had a great stay! The rooms are a little dated and it's not handicap accessible (at least not through main entrance). Everything was very, very clean, though, and comfortable and the views if you're facing the old town are ASTOUNDING. And some common spaces have an amazing retro vibe. For those with allergies/chemical sensitivities, my first room did have a sewage smell but they moved me and it was not a problem at all in the second but FYI.

Reasonable and well priced
Hotel was ideal for a few nights, close to the old town sites and to the new Town shops. Only downside for us was that the restaurant didn't open until 8.30 at night which we found a little late.

We liked everything. The bartender in particular was well informed and discussed life/politics in Melilla at length. The staff at the front desk happily answered any questions. Maids were most obliging. We were happy to have a porch, and meals were delightful and nutritious.

En general el hotel está bien. Está limpio, zona céntrica y buena relación calidad precio. No es nada del otro mundo pero, si viajas por trabajo, está bien. La atención recibida ha sido buena por parte de los trabajadores a excepción de una de las trabajadoras, que imagino que debe ser la jefa, que fue bastante borde y me hizo sentir incómoda cuando le comenté que quería cancelar la reserva. Entiendo que la política de cancelación es así pero hay formas y formas y las suyas dejaron bastante que desear. El resto de recepcionistas muy amables y considerados.

Lamentamos su experiencia. El único motivo por el que hacemos esperar a los clientes es por una alta ocupación y que los clientes lleguen al hotel antes de la hora de check in.Con respecto a los ruidos, efectivamente nuestro hotel tiene mucho tránsito de clientes y en plena ocupación es difícil controlar el nivel de ruidos. Le pido disculpas pues el descanso de los huéspedes es nuestra prioridad así como la higiene y la limpieza de las habitaciones. No obstante investigaremos que es lo que ha podido suceder.Esperamos seguir contando con su confianza para poder enmendar su experiencia en una próxima visita.

Sur internet , il est dit que le personnel parle français , anglais , or ils ne parlent que l'espagnol , c'est un problème lorsque l'on ne parle pas un mot d'espagnol. De plus , la télévision n'a que des chaînes en espagnol c'est regrettable pour une ouverture sur l'international .😏 Sinon l'hôtel est tres bien situé et le personnel est charmant !Bon sejour dans l'ensemble .

Cela nous aide à continuer à nous améliorer.Certains de nos réceptionnistes parlent français, d'autres anglais et d'autres arabe, mais tous ne parlent pas toutes les langues. Il est possible qu'elles ne coïncident pas à votre tour, nous nous excusons pour la lacune et nous essaierons d'améliorer cet aspect ensemble.
