Excellent location - directly across from the Moonee Valley Racecourse (had a function there). Just a short walk to a pub and plenty of dining options near the junction. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were terrific.

Needed somewhere to stay a night while repairs were completed at home. Arrived late and tired. The main bathroom stank of sewage and there was the same smell from the kitchen sink. Paid a premium rate for 1 night to feel like I slept in a sewer.

Their excellent communication meant I avoided a bit of a disaster of my own making, when they called to confirm details a few days prior, and seemlessly accomodated the changes needed. Layout was great, comfortable, clean, spacious, quiet and perfectly located

An overall 9 / 10 experience with minor defect amenities and lack of early car park access information. The apartment is clean, one of the room come with ensuite bathroom and the balcony is great.

Had a quick stay at this property. The walls are very thin and you can head everything next door. But the most disappointing thing was the shower pressure. It was literally terrible. It was nothing more than a dribble. Everything else was great but unfortunately I will not be staying at this property again.

Was quiet and clean and close to shops and transport. Did not have lifts so you had to carry your luggage up several flights of stairs and requested late check out which was not noted and was getting calls from reception before approved checkout time which was annoying

Stayed prior to flight the next morning close to airport. Friendly staff who were extremely helpful with luggage and organising taxi transfer for the next morning. Comfortable bed, perfect location for accommodation whilst attending the races directly across the road.

The water pressure was very disappointing. It took ages to get the right temperature. I was nearly finished when the water went completely cold and then the pressure dropped to not much more than a trickle

Not to the standard of other Quest properties.
Three main problems 1) There was minimal noise proofing of the apartment. Even though we weren’t on a main road we heard every car, truck and aeroplane that went past. 2) Repeated problems with the air conditioning requiring us to get the staff to come into the rooms to resolve. 3) No servicing of the rooms.

10/10 room size, room facilities, location and staff. Aiden went as far as to turn the heater on for me so I could warm up after a cold wet day and provided extra an doonah too. The apartment I booked was on the third floor and looked directly over the Mooney Valley racecourse which made for a beautiful view. Can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. I WILL be back again.
