The property is 3 star at best maybe 2.5 stars. Its very old and tired. Area is convenient but its doesnt feel the safest area to be around.

It was nice and quiet, close to public transport and 10 minutes from the Royal Exhibition Centre where I was attending a conference.

TV remote didn't work as batteries were dead. I am suspecting my credit details were leaked to scammers from there !! Very unpleasant stay and disappointed.

Older style property with basic facilities, but I found it to be clean, quiet and very comfortable. I’d definitely stay here again.

Great pillows! Quiet. Conveniently located near shops. Found it easier to reverse park into car parking spaces so that I didnt have to reverse out of the carpark.

This motel has an excellent location for someone visiting Melbourne, but who doesn't want to drive in the CBD. A short walk gets you to 2 different tram lines or a train station; this gets you anywhere in the city (and beyond). Around the motel, Brunswick has a variety of restaurants, and the Melbourne Zoo is just 1 tram stop away.

Great place to stay for a short stay in Melbourne, It’s dated but in great condition very clean and checking in and staff friendly. Great lower cost place, we will stay again. Also free parking

The Manager of this property has the best customer service skills I have ever encountered. She was extremely flexible in allowing me to add an extra nights accom at late notice, provided excellent advice on nearby eating options and was very friendly with “can do attitude”. Thank you for providing a great holiday experience.

Close to tram, train and Sydney Road. Noisy - road traffic from about 6.30am and the walls between the units were thin. Clean unit, good shower, nice staff. Limited facilities: tea & coffee, toaster, micorwave but only cups and saucers so toast was on a saucer.

This was a great place to stay, the room was clean and the staff were amazing. Only a couple of very small things, the mattress was quite hard and the windows in the room aren’t all covered so it doesn’t get totally dark at night. But it was well worth the stay and would stay again! Thank you.

Good clean affordable accomodation, Close Sydney Road, Barkly Square shops, pubs and food. Has on site carparking so no need to risk driving in Melbourne as Tram and train nearby. .Will stay there again

The toilet seat in room 30 would not stay in the up position. Cutlery provided but no plates. Ate cornflakes from a mug.
