We do often have to leave to office to see to other check-ins, maintenance issues, or other calls from guests. This is why we always try to coordinate with guests for their arrival time and leave keys to be collected when this is necessary. I'm sorry to hear that you had trouble with the Wi-Fi in your apartment at first, but am glad the issue was resolved when you spoke to one of our staff members.
