The breakfast in the morning was amazing and the host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was wonderful. Would highly recommend and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Perfect little getaway.
Awesome service from Kim the owner who gave some great recommendations for things to do in the area. Breakfast was divine. Surroundings were really nice. As it is set on a hill, the driveway is very steep otherwise a fantastic B &B.

Kim was an awesome host. Took great care of us, and highlight was the breakfast she cooked that could beat any cafe. She was very warm and welcoming, easy to talk to. The property was beautiful too, cozy and well maintained. Would highly recommend if you are after a traditional bnb experience

Lovely property in a quiet area that was still close to the main part of town. Kim was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious, will definately be back for a longer stay.

Lovely quiet location.
Kim is an exceptional hostess, very chatty, friendly and armed with helpful local knowledge. The breakfasts are amazing! The location is nice and quiet but within a comfortable stroll of "downtown" Warburton.

This property is brilliant and in a fab spot. Kim our host was wonderful too. She had thought of everything. She had home made biscuits and Jams at hand She was very friendly and cooked an amazing breakfast which was restaurant quality and indeed baked her own bread. Buttercup Hill is in delightful gardens, the rooms are light filled and very comfortable, the owner helpful, friendly and full of information. Delicious healthy breakfast.

Kim and Steve are the consummate hosts. Very attentive and friendly, provide a warm welcome and welcoming environment but also allow you the space to relax and enjoy the surrounds of the property and their home. The garden is beautiful with an abundance of bird life (I’d never seen satin bowerbirds before, gorgeous!). The cooked breakfast that was a step above the usual bacon and eggs was delicious and very welcome for our ride on the rail trail! Good for bike riders, with a safe place to store your bikes. Highly recommend Buttercuphill B&B!

The property is located on a large block with lots of trees and views of Mt Donna Buang, Kim the host was very welcoming and provided us with lots of information as well as respecting our privacy and space, we would definitely recommend staying at Buttercup Hill B & B.

My husband and I have enjoyed our stay very much at this beautiful rustic B&B, surrounded by luscious flower garden and set on a quiet street overlooking the mountain. It's only a short bike ride from Cog cafe on the Warburton Rail Trail and also a short walk to the Yarra river and Warburton town. The property is very welcoming, clean and comfortable. The mattress is firm enough and the beddings and towels are high quality. Kim is a very friendly and lovely host. She made us a beautiful gourmet breakfast with homemade bread.

The whole experience was lovely, the property was nice, secluded and peaceful. It was a genuine country side, with a nice garden and fireplace. The breakfast in the morning was heavenly.

A real treat
A wonderful relaxing place to recharge in Warburton. The hostess, Kim, made everything just perfect and welcoming. The breakfast is 5 star restaurant worthy and the fact that everything is either grown or made by Kim or locally is a real treat. The lounge room or the verandah a perfect place to sit, read and enjoy the tea/coffee/homemade treats. The room is spacious and comfortable (bed was very firm) and the private bathroom was huge! The large bath was wonderful to soak in. Making plans to return soon.
