"Highly recommend Melbourne Lifestyle Apartments. We stayed in the Sub-Penthouse Collection Bay views room. Communication was excellent from the initial phone call with Luli, who was very friendly and informative, to the check-in, where we were taken to our apartment and shown around and explained how everything worked and where to shop, which trams to get to the City and back etc. The communication whilst we were there was excellent as well. However, the room we chose was beside the front door, so as the other guests came and went we'd be disturbed by the front door closing. "I like the location of this hotel. Easy access to trams on either Collins or Flinders St. Hotel is nice. We stayed in a Studio room with no housekeeping. The room wasnt as nice as the one we stayed in here previously but that's what we paid for so cant complain. The shower could have been better and the room needed a rubbish bin other than the small bathroom one but overall it was nice that suited our needs and we would definitely stay here again."
