"The exceptional customer service at this resort impressed me. They where always friendly and very helpful. "This was our 9th visit and once again we can't wait to return.The staff were excellent and we love the atmosphere of the reef wing in particular where we stayed . the breakfasts at Golden Cowie excellent and the dining at the Indian res turant at the Black Marlin was out of this world . "

" Loved the hospitality with all the Fijian culture and entertainment. The environment is so relaxing. Food was great, lamb curry cooked with perfectly. All the staff were super friendly and nice and provided everything we needed. We will surely love to come back. Room were clean, does need updating though. "

"This was a "typical" good quality airport hotel. Clean, spacious rooms. Lots of hot water. Good meal options. Pool. Friendly staff. Very comfortable bed! And 24 hour airport shuttle. The hotel is only 5 minutes from the airport. "

"Serenity Island is beautiful and the snorkeling around the island was amazing! The staff at Serenity were wonderful and treated us like family! We enjoyed their beautiful singing everyday and the meals were delicious! We loved our ocean front Burre! Note for management purchasing more complete paddle boards with fins & paddles, and kayaks & paddles and snorkel gear to allow for more guests to enjoy the water sports would make experience even better."

"Had a Transit Package a week ago and I already knew that when it was time to stay here.., that I’d love it. And indeed, I did. Beautiful lobby. Amazing staff. My room on the third floor had views over the water. Nothing was too difficult. I had a very early flight and would therefore miss breakfast, so it was all organised for me, to have a breakfast box prior to check out. "The staff was amazing, especially Maeke and another lady who were the concierges. They helped schedule excursions and had good suggestions of things to see such as the local market. The restaurant was quite good and even has coconut crab, a local delicacy, on the menu if you order ahead. We hope to return in the future. "

"Great place. Neatly run. Food is great, too, but be sure not to leave your breakfast unattended or the broadbills and warblers (sing-song birds) will pick your plates pretty. And that's also to say that the Resort is eco friendly. Sunrise and sets are stunning! "
