"Every single staff member in the hotel was very friendly and warm. Especially the server in the beach front restaurant, Vacalaini, she was very sweet and looked after us and my daughter very well. The room was beautiful and comfortable, the swimming pools were amazing, the buffet had great selections of food. We had a great time. Only one thing was that when we checked in the hotel we were told that our booking wasn’t included breakfast. But I was sure that I paid for the breakfast. I don’t know it was “Hotels.com”‘s mistake or the hotel’s reservation administration mistake. Unfortunately the itinerary didn’t show anything about breakfast and hotels.com’s AI customer service wasn’t great. Fortunately the hotel staff, Lydia, kindly checked it with their reservation team. She was very helpful. Overall the hotel and the staff were amazing!! Beautiful beach front location and close to the airport. Highly recommend! "

"The resort is directly across from the airport with a free shuttle. Beautiful grounds and pool with a nice restaurant and coffee shop. The staff are attentive and friendly and the rooms clean. Enjoyed my 2 day stay there ! "

"Highly recommended! The palms is an awesome place to stay at. Cross over to the marina that includes various shops and restaurants and buy souvenirs to choose from. Great wifi service. "This was our first stop on a month long vacation in Fiji and Australia. We loved this resort. If you are looking for a nice beach, maybe look at some of the island properties instead. But this resort was great for a quiet start to our vacation. The villas were under a major renovation but even then the stay was nice."
