"Apartment itself was fine, wasn't the cleanest. However, the middle men agents that let this apartment are liars. Your emails via Expedia will go ignored, as will the messages and emails sent directly to dinbnb (despite stating they are a 24hr service!) - the customer service is non existent. The lights in the hallway within the building leading to the apartment did not work, which was extremely unsafe due to how dark it was- this was not fixed during the stay. "Excellent hotel. Everything was spotless, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had plenty of choices, the afternoon tea was a lovely bonus, and the dinner was excellent. I also enjoyed the steam room and the beautiful lobby. The location is perfect, with a convenience store right downstairs, close to the bus station, an airport bus stop nearby, and Bryggen just steps away. Highly recommended!"
