"Artificial fireplace was easy to use. Eventually warmed up the room. We turned it off at bedtime. Then back on in the morning. Don’t know if it had a fan function without the heat. "

"Front desk staff was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. With the inn right off the busy highway it was still quite clean. I was surprised upon opening the door to my room! It was so spacious, clean and inviting I will stay here again and so should you The restaurant, Kim’s, is right on the property too. Go there. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The food is delicious and you don’t leave still hungry."

"Everything was great. Room was spacious and comfortable. Kitchenette was fully stocked with real dishes/glassware and cutlery. Breakfast buffet was standard but certainly lots of choices. The lid of the steamer for the hash brown patties was left open (as per the sign) but that meant they were cold when I ate them. Also on our floor you could get snacks from a vending machine but had to go to a different floor for a drink vending machine. I never saw ice. "

"Whenever i travel in ontario i make it a habit to visit Stevenson Inn and Spa. This beautiful B&B is tucked away from plain site, out in the country filled with warmth, renewal, peace and quiet. "Kelly is helpful when we complain that fridge is not working"

"I called the night before to be assured that i could check in late as I would be traveling from out of the country and was told it would not be a problem. Upon arrival, there was a sign that said staff would not be there after 11pm with a number to call. I called the number about 10 times and no one picked up. I could see my room key sitting on the desk so i grabbed it at which point someone came out to greet me, the maintenance man. There was a slight language barrier which i don't fault him...

"Clean, reasonably priced and close to everything"

"Room was booked on line through Expedia. I booked it for my cousin who has the same last name. She was coming to Orangeville because her Mother had died the day before. When booking, it auto filled my name so I called the hotel to specifically let them know my error. The hotel (I have the name of the staff remember) said I had to change the booking with Expedia. "We absolutely love the Holiday Inn Express and had such a great stay. The staff was, without a doubt, the friendliest we’ve ever experienced at any hotel. Angela, who helped us at check-in, had such a warm and welcoming personality. She is exactly the kind of person any business would want as the first point of contact for their guests. Having the pool and hot tub open until 11 PM was a huge bonus. The water was warm, relaxing, and the perfect way to unwind. Breakfast was also excellent, and...
