There is only one outlet in each tent and electricity was not always available. We had less than five minutes of hot water over 48 hours. "Fantastic property with very friendly staff. We decided to stay here instead of a ‘luxury desert camp’ because there were so many with similar names. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast by Ismail was varied and tasty. The hotel also arranges camel and quad bikes for the lowest prices we could find so we didn’t haggle. Its best to book these activities though the hotel for a hassle free experience as these activities are next to the hotel. Thanks for an amazing stay. "

"The staff are beyond friendly. We enjoyed our fireside riddles and laughed a lot with some of the staff. Our camel ride out to the camp with guide Mohammed was stellar. There was a stop for the sunset and some local berbere men shared their sand board with us so we could play on the dunes. The only thing I'd change about the entire experience is the dinner. I wish it'd been more authentic and less "fancy". I should also warn that the heat does not and has not worked in the camp in some time. We...
