"Staff are not hoteliers. They know nothing about working in a hotel. Zero customer service. Rooms are very old and never maintained. Everything is broken inside..shower, lights, bed, couch, desk with no chair. This property shouldn't be rated. Below 0 star..not exaggerating!"

"We came to this place from Rabat and of course this was very different. Hard to find, and taxis don't want to go there because the streets are to narrow. But it was fine for one night and for different experience."

"Room was fairly basic, but clean. Everything (outlets, fridge, TV etc.) worked. Breakfast was great. Pool and garden very peaceful. One annoyance: hall lights are on a timer that turns off before I could reach my room. Altogether very nice. I’ll likely return the next time I travel to Meknes."
