"it was a disastrous experience, we arrived the doors were closed there was no one! when we called we were told because we choose payment at the property, they cancelled our booking without informing us! terrible experience , in scorching sun we had to walk back to the parking outside the city walls and sit in a nearby cafe to search for a new hotel. our day was ruined terrible experience"

"We got to the hotel and there was no one at the réception to Check is in. We had to wait a bit before someone came to take care of us. There was no cold water in the sink faucet nor the shower. It is summer and no one uses hot water only. Terrible experience to shower with boiling water when the temperature outside is about 30 to 35 Celsius."

"Hotel soit disant pas référencé sur Hotel.com??? Chambre pas prête et sûrement faite à notre arrivée. Chambre à revoir… Salle de bains non nettoyée avec des serviettes de bains sales derrière la porte. Réceptionniste gentille malgré que la réservation n était pas prête. Et personne pour notre départ.
